Tasman 35 Catamaran Sailing Sydney Harbour

Zephyrus is a superb example of the popular, Australian built Tasman 35 sailing catamaran. She is ready for new owners to set off and enjoy great cruising adventures.
Step on board from the large transoms up gradual stairs and you'll find a huge aft cockpit area for this size of vessel all under the cover of a rigid GRP bimini. You can cover this area from the sun, wind or rain with shade and clear drop downs, all in excellent condition. There is an L shaped lounge sporting an electric fridge, large cockpit table, aft bench and large stainless steel BBQ.
The helm station is protected under the GRP bimini and dodger style clears and gives interaction with the aft cockpit area to the skipper while at the same time being a dedicated, raised helm area with wheel, throttles and instruments easily accessible with views to each corner of the yacht, and the ability to open the GRP sliding roof hatch or communicate to the saloon area through an opening window. The helm seat is comfortable for two to sit at and enjoy the ride.
Aft of the cockpit you'll find the stainless steel dinghy davits which sport a 3.10m Caribe rigid inflatable with 15HP two stroke Evinrude outboard. Moving forward there are wide, flat side decks that make transition forward safe and easy. You can access the roof easily to do up the lazy bag and check on the 500W of solar panels. Forward there is a trampoline and multiple storage compartments as you would expect on a catamaran. Its easy to enjoy all the great deck space.
Moving into the saloon area, on the same level as the cockpit, you'll find a lovely area where you'll spend a lot of time, enjoying the light the large windows offer and ventilation from the opening front window. There is a comfortable L shaped dinette with table and L shaped galley that seamlessly opens out to the cockpit.
The port hull below is intended as the master cabin with a large, raised queen sized bed and additional single for kids or storage forward. Centrally is the walkway with lots of storage and aft of this is the huge bathroom with separated shower, electric head and sink. In the starboard hull, forward is the same large raised queen bed, with storage forward of this, central walkway with more storage and additional guest double cabin starboard aft.
Timber work and linings all over the vessel are in excellent condition for the vessels age. The wire rigging was replaced in 2019 and was checked again in April 2024 at the same time antifoul and servicing has been done with a glowing condition report. All safety gear is up to date, as is Navigation gear and anything else working effectively and ready to use.
This vessel has been loved and cared for by her current owners for the last 8 years and attention to detail is noticeable everywhere you look, she is constantly maintained to ensure cruising is safe, easy and comfortable. A great boat to look at, a pleasure to spend time on board on, she is also fun to sail and is ready to cruise the Australian coast or further with her Australian registration in place.
