Join us as we move up towards the Bay of Fires to continue our off grid camping. We explore the area and find those orange rocks that the area is known for. Being lucky on the day we arrive at the Bay of Fires, we are lucky enough to get a camp spot along the million dollar road.

Sally & Mick, do pardon my late timing, but am bogged down by this 'ole lurgy'. But by heck, just following you pair along the coast certainly added a spark to my day....Many thanks......Cheers.👍

Ole lurgy is an expression for flue/cold symptoms, perhaps something that isn't used these days.

Millionaires Row is a great spot! Good fishing at both Lagoons and Swimcart. The Lagoons campground is all one campground with 2 entrances off the main road, so i would expect drone free zone is for the whole campground. Also for your viewers who may like the little beach where you did rockhopping closer to binalong bay, that is Jenneret Beach which is free camping, good for most sized vehicles (weve had our 22ft in there a few times). Fishing not as good at this end of the beach tho. Happy travels!

Cheers. I have several apps on my phone regarding where a drone is permitted to be used. There was an area where we were that the apps indicated that it was ok to fly drones. I am very aware of drones and where that can be used and do try to do the right thing. Knowing that being as the no drone sign was not a permanently mounted sign, I would think there would be one at both entrances if they were excluded in the entire area. There are so many different rules related to drone, it is a nightmare.

Hallo, I haven't been watching your travels for a while but seeing you are in Tassie my father came from there on the North Coast at a place called Penguin 😀. Just a bit of trivia 😅

We visited Penguin when we first arrived in Tasmania. It is a nice location like all the towns on the North West coast are.
