It’s not like yogurt. It’s a kind of cream cheese but lighter. The plain one tastes great with some cooked yellow potatoes and some herbs.

@@BluejThompson I can’t find one that carries it. ☹️ I just found out Skyr temporarily stopped making the non-dairy due to product shortages. Their website says it may go back into production sometime next year.
