Natsuki is the kind of person where you can tell he really cherishes his friendships. He doesn't care if he gets all the English words right, or if he sometimes doesn't completely understand the people in chat, but he still enjoys each moment with Chris and the people around him. I quit nicotine twice cold turkey, first time lasted a whole 3 months then I failed. I succeeded this time around. For me the hardest part wasn’t the actual chemical addiction but the psychological dependence (stress reliever). I only used for 2 years so I can’t imagine how hard it would be for Natsuki. The technique that worked for me was a change of residence. When I moved back home after the Corona hit my University I just didn’t have the urge cause i don’t associate home with smoking. I hope Natsuki can quit but I get that the struggle is real. Loved the stream!
