When I was young my Mom would give us each enough dough to make a personal pizza, we would put the sauce/cheese on and whatever toppings we wanted!

There are cauliflower premade pizza crusts that we really like as well. You should give it a try and compare. The kids might not even know that it’s cauliflower.

I saw them right next to the other ones but they were so expensive. I don't know what's up with cauliflower lately but we got a tiny one for Christmas and it was $5. So crazy

I get the Molinaros kits from Sams club. They come with the crust and sauce. You buy the cheese separately but they’re good
