Aspen you look gorgeous with makeup on! I wanted to ask you if you would be interested in using vegan and cruelty free makeup! You are such a huge inspiration and roll model for the young girls and you are such a beautiful person in and out, but using makeup brands that test on animals is really bad 😔 So many cute and innocent creatures get tortured and killed on animal testing. Just research a little on it and you would be amazed what you'll find out that didn't even cross your mind. There are so many awesome vegan and cruelty free brands on the market that you would love! Just to mention Tarte and Urban Decay to name a couple. Cover Girl and Benefit DO TEST on animals 😢 You are a vegetarian, I imagine you don't like to eat animals or dairy products, so try not wearing anything that came from an animal, it would really change your life and save many innocent animals lives as well I tell you this with lots of love, love watching you and Parker ❤️ Let's change the world 😘

A really good sauce recipe that my family loves is with cashews. You soak about two cups over night then the next day put one tablespoon of Lemon juice and water as needed and blend it all together and it's amazing! Even my family didn't even notice a difference.

Mmm I literally just made cauliflower-potato alfredo two nights ago! I got my mom and SUPER picky sister to eat it and they both had seconds. :) And it's so much healthier than heavy cream and cheese. I'm really glad you shared this recipe so more people can see how bomb it is!

For the alfredo sauce, next time add a little more salt, a little sugar, and a little onion powder! It makes all the difference for the sauce to taste DELICIOUS and exactly like regular alfredo! :)

Aspyn you should try agave or chopped dates in your oatmeal, they're sweet but healthier than honey and fully vegan (compared to honey which is debatable).

I really HATE doing laundry too. Also, I feel like you guys would thrive with the vegan lifestyle since you already eat a lot of vegan things.
