So Jennifer did a bagel inspired dish in the pressure test last episode, then Rozin did a bagel inspired dish this episode. Then in the first challenge this episode, Jennifer made a salisbury steak with creme fraiche, then in the elimination challenge, Rozin makes a salisbury steak with creme fraiche. Hmm....🤨

Tony should have made a raviolo instead of ravioli and put all the taste of spices into it. Just an Indian version of an Italian dish and much more clean and with a buttery sauce. On the other hand other cooks was more challenged, like using dry sage and a spice called savoury, which I would put in the bin before using it in the kitchen. There is a real using of those spices but in marination processes rather than cooking in such a short time. In good cooking you can use some spices fresh others dried, some dried spices you use only for marination like dried dill, garlic or onion. You can make a rub out of dried spices. Luckily nobody got sumach, which I think is one of the most difficult to handle.
