i went vegan about a month ago and i discovered oat milk and it's so tasty. for anybody who's developed a palate for real milk (i grew up in the us on Hood whole milk) and wants to try a dairy-free alternative, i really strongly recommend oat milk. it's creamier than almond milk but not as sweet as soy milk, and oats are really good for u!!! it does have a bit of an oaty aftertaste (some brands more than others) but i don't mind it and i don't feel that it takes away from the rest of it. as of now, my favorites are planet oat and silk

@@noahhaha5199 yeah, my doctor recommended taking some multivitamins because if you aren't getting enough B12 you can make yourself anemic. i'll admit that i haven't been taking them (oops) but i know they come in big bottles of either capsules or gummies and you can find find them pretty much anywhere where that offers over-the-counter meds.
