Even in Bengaluru, local masala Puri and Pani Puri have their distinct tastes and flavours.. mostly pudina and dhaniya dominant.. North Indian chats got introduced here recently.. mostly around 20 years ago..so every district has their distinct chaats..not like we don't have any original chaats here and got influenced by others.. I'm sure Bengaluru people vouch for their masala Puri and Pani Puri. However I loved this vlog as it introduces us to the tastes of different cities and towns! Kudos to the whole team🎉

Good afternoon dear Kripal - Seems to be a very popular chaat place 👍 I have never seen a Sev Puri preparation like this . Mr Venkatesh is correct and looks like it’s customised for the locals . This looks more like a liquid Masala Puri . Agree one needs to appreciate local eateries . Their Masala Puri too is a unique concoction of ingredients. Great point by Mr Venkatesh that since it’s not a Tourist place , the influence of North is not present and hence the local touch . Fans galore in Shimoga as well . Time for some Pani Puri - I love a Spicy Pani Puri 😋😋 Glad that you enjoyed the PP and other chaat items . Wow the chef’s son is studying hotel management and also helping his father . What we are eating,, mainly food colour ajinomoto , High bride and genetically modified vegetable, un natural bio fortification, so on which is not good for health Puri making people dip the oil packet into the boiling oil because they don't have time to poke the oil packet We eat this very happily
