Hi Srinivasamurthy, happy you enjoy our work. I do accord all respect to food, as you know my work revolves around food. Wrt the hat, I do remove it when possible while eating. However that’s not always possible in various situations - when one is standing and eating somewhere, when the surroundings aren’t particularly sterile enough to place the hat, if the sun is beating down when eating outdoors, or if I’m feeling a bit cold on my head, etc. Leaving the hat on, in my opinion, doesn’t mean I am showing any disrespect to the food, intentionally or otherwise.🙏
