On this video, I demo how to make mahamri which is basically mandazi but with yeast instead of baking powder or self raising flour. They have a different taste because of the yeast but the recipe is super simple and I have broken down the technique on how to get it right.
Ingredients:
450g All purpose Flour
11g yeast
6tbsp Sugar
1 Tbsp Margarine/butter
1/2 Tbsp Cardamon Powder
1 Cup Warm Milk
