Mouth-watering set up 😋😋😋. What I've learned is that if you like that crunchy bite on a fish, avoid paper towels cuz it traps the heat moisture in the fish, (or fried chicken) making it wet and soggy. I transfer directly on an oven grid with a plate underneath to catch the excess oil. Adjeley, I think I am your hubby in a parallel universe cuz I ADORE red snapper and your cooking 😂👍.
