Ingredients:
2 middle-sized dorados
3-4 rosemary sticks
1 tsp salt
1 tsp seasoning for fish
1/2 tsp pepper
lemon slices
Wash the fish thoroughly with cold water. Dry it with paper towel, salting and peppering. Put a stick of rosemary and lemon in the middle. Bake on the grill on "Fish" mode.
Or in the oven: preheat the oven at 180° C, bake the fish for 30 minutes until golden crust. Last 5 minutes turn on the hot air mode for crispy result.
