Hey Verne, I'm a fan of your work, and love the channel. I have a light suggestion. I noticed your oven setup, however have you ever thought of a double oven? I have a friend with one, and besides being able to cook two items at the same time with their own temperatures, the doors are a lot shorter, and are therefore easier for you to get to close to and work with on your step stool. Just a helpful thought.
