This is the best bread recipe I've ever made. The bread is soft just like those sold at the bakery or maybe much better......thank you for the recipe

Hi... i plan to make this sandwich bread.. but i only have 1 baking tin... can i divide the dough into 2.. bake half portion 1st.. and the half portion let it cold proofing in the refrigerator and bake it the next day ?

Thanks for your comment! I got mine from Hong Kong. You can get it from Amazon.com. I highly recommend a non-stick pan.

Thank you for your quick response. The one on Amazon has dimension of 8.7 (L) x4.7 (W)x4.5 (H). Will this size ok with the recipe?

Why use non-dairy whipping cream and vegetable shortening when there are other natural ingredients which are healthier?

Tasty Cooking Studio Dairy whipping cream and butter. Both of them add good flavour to the bread dough too.

Yes, I'd ever use oil in making bread but they don't turned out good. This one even though she used whipping cream & vegetable oil, the bread turned out perfect....TQ tasty cooking studio for the recipe
