Can you manipulate when fearie gives you potion ???

The only real way to make her potion you in this context is to take damage while she isn't already busy trying to use a different item on you, as she can only attempt to heal one ailment at a time. Manipulating her not to potion you until later is much easier, as she won't throw items until she gets to a specific spot in front of Alucard, which can be avoided by simply never facing her.
