ടാറ്റയുടെ ഏറ്റവും വലിയ പ്രശ്നം ആത്മാർത്ഥത ഇല്ലാത്ത workers ആണ്.അത് ടാറ്റാ മോട്ടോർസിൽ മാത്രമല്ല, എല്ലാ ടാറ്റാ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളിൽ ആയാലും കാണാം. എനിക്ക് നല്ല അനുഭവം ഉണ്ട്, voltas ആയാലും സ്ഥിതി വ്യത്യസ്തം അല്ല. ഒരു voltas AC വാങ്ങി 5 വർഷം മുൻപ്, മൂന്നെണ്ണം കൊണ്ട് വന്നു, മൂന്നും complaint, മൂന്നിന്റെയും അലുമിനിയം interior fin ചളുങ്ങി ഇരിക്കുന്നു, ആരോ മനഃപൂർവം ചെയ്ത പോലെ, പ്ലാന്റിൽ വെച്ച് പറ്റിയതാണെന്ന് 100% ഉറപ്പ്. പിന്നെ ഇപ്പൊ നടക്കുന്ന എയർ ഇന്ത്യ എക്സ്പ്രസ്സ്‌ സമരം മറ്റൊരു ഉദാഹരണം. Tata അകത്തു നിന്നും വൃത്തി ആക്കി തുടങ്ങണം. അല്ലാതെ സർവീസ് സെന്റർകാരെ പഴി ചാരിയിട്ട് കാര്യമില്ല

ഇദ്ദേഹം പറഞ്ഞ കംപ്ലയിന്റ് എല്ലാം സത്യം ആണ് , എന്റെ ഹാരിയർ മൂന്ന് തവണ ക്ലച്ചു ഉള്ളിലേക്ക് വലിഞ്ഞു വഴിയിൽ കിടന്നു , നാലാം തവണ പൂർണമായും ഡെഡ് ആയി ടൗ ചെയ്യേണ്ടി വന്നു , അത്തവണ ക്ലച് അസംബ്ലി മാറി , ഡോർ ഹാൻഡ്‌ലെയ്‌ൽ തുരുമ്പു കേറി , പാർക്കിംഗ് ബ്രേക്ക് കേബിൾ പൊട്ടിപ്പോയി പുതിയത് ഇടേണ്ടി വന്നു , ഗിയര് കേബിൾ വലിഞ്ഞു പോയി മാറേണ്ടി വന്നു , ഇത്രയും കംപ്ലൈന്റ്റ് വന്നത് 60000 കിലോമീറ്റർസ് ഓടിയതിനകത്താണ്‌ . പിന്നെ ഇദ്ദേഹത്തെപ്പോലെ ഫൈറ്റിംഗ് സ്പിരിറ്റ് ഇല്ലാത്ത കൊണ്ടും , ഇത് മാറി മറ്റൊരു വണ്ടി എടുക്കാൻ സാമ്പത്തികം അനുവദിക്കാത്ത കൊണ്ടും ഉണ്ടാവുന്ന കംപ്ലൈന്റ്റ് എല്ലാം ഫിക്സ് ചെയ്യുന്നു . വണ്ടി ഹൈവേ ഡ്രൈവിന് വളരെ നല്ലതാണു , നല്ല പവർ ഉണ്ട്, ഏതു സ്‌പീഡിലും റോഡിൽ പ്ലാന്റഡ് ആണ് , ധൈര്യമായി സ്പീഡ് എടുക്കാം, സിറ്റി ട്രാഫിക്കിൽ അധികം ക്ലച് താങ്ങി ഓടിച്ചാൽ പണിയാകും . പിന്നെ എന്തൊക്കെ കംപ്ലൈന്റ്റ് ഉണ്ടായാലും ആഗ്രഹിച്ചു വാങ്ങിയ വണ്ടിയായതു കൊണ്ട് അതിനോടൊരു സ്നേഹവും . എന്റെ വണ്ടി ഹരിർ xt 2019 മോഡൽ , തിരുവനന്തപുരം , ഡീലർ ട്രിവാൻഡ്രം മോട്ടോർസ്

2 വർഷം മുന്നേ ഞാൻ Tata Nexon വാങ്ങിയൊരുന്നു ഒരു വര്ഷം കഴിഞ്ഞപ്പോ തന്നെ വണ്ടി ഓടിക്കൊണ്ടിരിക്കുമ്പോ മിസ്സിംഗ് അയ് ഓഫ് അയ് പോകാൻ തുടങ്ങി എത്ര പ്രാവശ്യം കാണിച്ചിട്ടും ready ആയില്ല അവസാനം മടുത്തിട്ടു വണ്ടി sale ചെയ്തു ഒരു മാസത്തിനു ശേഷം sale ചെയ്ത വണ്ടി തിരിച്ചു വന്നു അവരും മടുത്തു cash തിരിച്ചു കൊടുത്തു .പിന്നെ കിട്ടിയ വിലക്ക് കൊടുത്തു ഒഴുവാക്കി,അതുപോലെ എന്റെ friend, safari എടുത്തു 5 മാസം കഴിഞ്ഞപ്പോ തന്നെ car start അവനില്ല പിന്ന്നെ വണ്ടി കെട്ടി വലിച്ചു ഷോറൂം ഇത് കൊണ്ടുപോയി സത്യം പറഞ്ഞാൽ ടാറ്റ വണ്ടികളുമായി ലോങ്ങ് ട്രിപ്പ് ഒന്നും പോവാത്തതാണ് നല്ലതു എന്റെ അനുഭവം.

Look,Safety, features എന്നീ കാര്യങ്ങളിൽ ടാറ്റാ വണ്ടികൾ ടോപ് തന്നെയാണെങ്കിലും engine സൈഡ് നോക്കിയാൽ വൻ ഫ്ലോപ്പാണ് ടാറ്റ യുടെ പുതിയ വാഹനങ്ങൾ എന്നാണ് ടാറ്റ ഉപബോക്താക്കളുടെ അഭിപ്രായങ്ങളിലിൽ നിന്ന് വ്യക്തമാകുന്നത്. പിന്നെ ഇവരുടെ സർവീസ് കേട്ടിടത്തോളം ഇത്രയും മോശം സർവീസ് വേറെ ഒരു ബ്രാൻഡ്ന്റെ ഭാഗത്തുനിന്നും ഉണ്ടാവില്ല അതിന്റെ കാര്യത്തിൽ കമ്പിനിയെ മാത്രം കുറ്റം പറയാൻ പറ്റില്ല കാരണം ചില ഡിലീഴ്സിന്റെ ഭാഗത്താണ് തെറ്റ്. വിൽക്കുന്ന വണ്ടിക്ക് നല്ല രീതിയിലുള്ള സർവീസും ഉറപ്പു വരുത്താൻ പറ്റണം അതിന് പറ്റാത്തവർ ഈ പരിപാടിക്ക് ഇറങ്ങരുത്.

Quality control ആണ് മെയിൻ പ്രശ്നം. സർവീസ് നു പരിഹരിക്കാവുന്നതിലും അപ്പുറത്ത് issues ഉണ്ടായാൽ അവർക്ക് വണ്ടി വാങ്ങി ഇട്ടിട്ട് പാർട്സ് നു വേണ്ടി കാത്തിരിക്കാൻ മാത്രേ പറ്റു. പിന്നെ സർവീസ് രണ്ടാമത്തെ ഇഷ്യൂ. പല സ്ഥലത്തും ഒരു മര്യാദയും ഇല്ലാത്ത സർവീസ് എക്സിക്യൂട്ടീവ്,പിന്നെ പണി അറിയാത്ത technician ഒക്കെ പ്രശ്നം തന്നെയാണ്. അതുകൊണ്ട് തന്നെ കൊറച്ച് safety കൊറവണേലും hyundai പോലത്തെ ബ്രാൻഡ് ആണ് താൽപര്യം ഇപ്പോൾ ( a disappointed tata fan)

TOYOTA Hycross നല്ലതാണ്.എന്റെ സഹോദരി ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്നു.ഞാൻ KIA Carens Diesel ആണ് എടുത്തത്. ഒരു വർഷമായിവാങ്ങിയിട്ട്. ഒരു കുഴപ്പവുമില്ല. Incheon KIA യിലാണ് service ചെയ്യുന്നത്.20 km മൈലേജ് ഉണ്ട്.

ചേട്ട ടാറ്റയോടും, KVR നോടും കേസ് കളിക്കാൻ നിന്നാൽ അത്ര നല്ലത് അല്ല. ചേട്ടന്റെ കുടുംബം കോഞ്ഞാട്ട ആയി പോകും കാര്യങ്ങൾ അറിഞ്ഞ് കളിക്കണം ചേട്ട. ഇത് പോലെ വിഡിയോ ഇട്ടാൽ അവര് തിരിച്ച് ഒരു കേസ് തരും അതിൽ പല വകുപ്പ്കൾ ചേർക്കും അത് ചേട്ടന്ന് താങ്ങാൻ ആവില്ല. കാര്യങ്ങൾ ചർച്ച ചെയ്ത് പറഞ്ഞ് തീർക്കാൻ നോക്ക് ചേട്ടൻ ചില വിട്ട് വിഴ്ച എല്ലാം ചെയ്യണ്.. ഞാൻ ചേട്ടന്റെ അവസ്ഥ മനസ്സിലാകുന്നു. പക്ഷേ... കേസ് ഇല്ലാതെ പറഞ്ഞ് തീർക്കാൻ നോക്ക്
