Economy mode of Tata nexon is more than enough for normal driving.....it generates around 85 to 86 ps power in economy mode....This is more than enough for city, highway driving.......if yu want little more power, just shift to city mode......Actually there is no need of sports mode.......for normal driving ...you will get an awesome mileage

@@varunsingh9742 eco mode isn't for city or highway. It is what it suggests - economy. On the highways you can cruise on eco mode at 100-120 easily. Just that eco mode doesn't put strain on the engine.

@@varunsingh9742 see......I will give you the technical reason.....reviewers say that eco mode is for highways......but actually it depends on you.........Reviewers say this because on highways we generally cruize at a constant speed ( say 80 kmph) . So in such a case, we do not need extra power or acceleration. Hence we can put it on eco mode on highway. But if you are a driving in a city and you like to drive peacefully, ECO mode is good for city too. Because you have enough power (around 80 to 83 ps) which is more than enough in city. Also, this will put less stress on engine and give more mileage... Reviewers just say that ECO mode mai power nahi hai...bla bla.....See if you are driving a Mercedes or BMW or a more powerful car and drive nexon after it....you will notice some lag.....But considering an average person, he will not even feel lag or whatever you say who has driven similar power cars that are around 80 to 100 ps

You can easily cruise at 70 in 6th gear. And in city if you constantly go beyond the recommended RPM and speed limit, of course you're gonna have sad mileage. Pls don't drive it like an i10. Drive light footed and youll see mileage go up..

Mileage improves after 3 services are completed (i.e after one year), also you will get a hold on that car after some months even that will help you in increasing mileage and at last your driving style matters. If you consider all three and optimize these factors you can't improve your mileage by about 3-3.5 kmpl.

Drive on higher gears and drive light foot. Use 2nd gear on 20 km/hr Use 3rd gear on 30 km/hr Use 4th gear on 40 km/hr You'll get 16-17 kmpl in city even more than that. Don't use sudden breaks and sudden acceleration in general. Use 5th gear on 50 km/hr Use 6th gear on 60 km/hr Drive on 80-85 km/hr on highway continuously. Imp: Drive your car below 1500 RPMs. 1000 RPMs is the best figure. You'll get above 24 kmpl with AC in Nexon 2020 Petrol with total 4 passengers.

@@motobuzz1681 Yes, with total 4 passengers. One more point to remember is, to drive the car below 1500 RPMs, 1000 RPMs is the best figure. And believe me, I'm not lying. And I'm talking about instrument cluster reading, tank to tank mileage may be vary by 1 or 2 kmpl not sure about it. But the points I've mentioned above are the key points to get the best mileage.

ਮੇਰੇ ਕੋਲ ਵੀ XMS nexon ਪੈਟਰੋਲ ਹੈ,, 3 ਸਰਵਿਸ ਕਰਵਾ ਲਈ ਹੈ। ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਚ 10-11 ਅਵਰੇਜ ਸੀ,, ਪਰ ਹੁਣ ਲੋਕਲ 13-15 ਅਤੇ highway 17-19 ਤੱਕ ਦੇ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ਅਗਰ ਸਪੀਡ 70-80 ਚ ਰੱਖੋ ਔਰ Eco ਮੋਡ ਤੇ ਚਲਾਓ ਇਕਲੇ ਹੋਵੋ ਤਾਂ। ਲੋੜ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਮੋਡ ਬਦਲੋ।
