6000 കിലോമീറ്റർ ഓടിയപ്പോൾ എൻെറ Punch EV , critical alert കാണിച്ചു വഴിയിൽ വെച്ച് off ആയി, showroomil contact ചെയ്തപ്പോൾ ടോൾ ഫ്രീ നമ്പർ തന്നു, എന്നാൽ ഈ നമ്പറിൽ വിളിച്ചാൽ ഒരിക്കലും മലയാളം ലാംഗ്വേജ് ലഭിക്കില്ല. ഒരു customer service number പോലും ലഭിക്കില്ല എന്നർത്ഥം

@@JayamohanP dat's what I am telling you bro.. If the user is telling the mistakes of the car.. Its fine. I can't force them to tell some negatives until or unless dey faced it.. Someone who booked the car without rear ac vents. Dey might be satisfied. Someone who is happy with there service of the vehicle. I have to tell the same. So for any item in the universe - someone will look in to d negative side. The other person will look in to the postive side. Reality 😊
