most of you don't understand how important this Car is , for Tata and the Indian auto industry . Tata was down in the dumps six months back , only surviving on JLR sales , quarterly sales not even crossing the 10k mark , now the tiago has sold 5200 cars in july itself , with every international carmaker jumping in into the Indian market , it's essential our own firms survive and thrive .

That very true, i dont know why Indian car buyers are that ignorant, they simply over look the safety features in car. They care more about looks like Renault, which is just a knock off if you compare it with Tiago. IN all its review they only talk about its touch screen info system, what you will do with it, when you have a head on collision. Hopefully Indian buys will get a bit more aware and make better purchase decisions. Tata did a commendable job in that front, they provide dual air bags , ABS , EBD , Steel cage. All these features are not even available in 2 segment higher in any other brands.

I own the car Top XZ Petrol( On Road 5.5 Lakh Kolkata) and just wanted to say, I am very proud of the car. Beauty with practicality. The most value for money product in its range.

Hari, 3 people can seat with easy, regardless of their height. There is plenty of space backside. The added benefit is its superb and silent suspension. Power is sufficient at normal usages. Highway stability is very good.

Hi Gopi, in my car I have got city milage of 14-15 kmpl, if eco mode is on then I got highest upto 17 in city. At highway I got about 20-21 kmpl. This is in normal relaxed driving condition. In heavy traffic it gives 11-12 approx.

Hi there PD army , I recently purchased Tiago , been using it for like 2000 kms, really appreciate the mileage it offers especially on highway cruising . I own the XZ petrol variant. I've really liked this video though it would be nice if you guys at PD army could have done a coverage on the rear seats and comfort offered by this car. I personally think as an interested family car buyer, one would expect to get an review of those bits. Still a great job as always when it comes to review videos of automobiles, PowerDrift is the one to look out for. As for this car, Tata has done an excellent job !!!☺☺☺

Petrol. City: 19.5-20.5 km/L, aiming to keep speeds between 50-60 km/H. Highway : 22.5-24 Km/L aiming to keep speeds between 75-80 km/H. (Once got 27.6Km/L over a 200km trip) AC kept on always. Expecting more after completing 2000 km. All figures are MID readouts.

FINALLY... After a long & very long decision making period, booked THE TIAGO XZ petrol with Concorde Motors Chennai and told to wait for 16 weeks for the delivery. Hmm really a long waiting period and safe for me to get it after Chennai raining days :)

It is my first car, yes it was a leap of faith, which i feel confident about. wanted to know if there is any car CARE to be taken when it's a new on road? like: not to rev it up high initially? to let the engine get set to my driving style, etc. could you share a link of a video if already uploaded? else, can there be one, it would help many i guess.

This review played a major part in buying tiago but seriously after 3 1/2 years with the car... I still regret that I should have gone other options. Excellent mileage but sometimes mileage is not the only thing a car can give you. 3 cylinder made a world of difference... Wish I could turn back time and went for an other option :(

Sharan exceptionally great review. i had a small question, i was planning on going for th top end variant and realised the car comes with corner stability control, did you ever see that cutting off when you were driving say a bit harsh. does it work like it says or it is just a gimmick??

Well it's been a year since I own the tiago, i bought it after watching this review and I've always been a #PDarmy comrade, the car is very easy on your pocket (XZ petrol), everyone will tell you about mileage and features lemme tell you about the real deal. The best thing about this car is the suspension, Tata used coilovers in the tiago and the handling and comfort combo is great, much better handler than it's competition. Cabin NVH levels are not great, just acceptable tbh, my friend's 8 years old i10 is much more silent than this one. But then you have amazing stereo. If you are in the market for a feature rich easy to maintain and structurally rigid car than tiago is the one you need to go for. The only negative and a big negative point is the Cabin NVH

Your reviews are fantastic PowerDrift!! Great job.. The Tiago makes me very proud of Tata... a feeling I never had upto now for Maruti or Mahindra... I loved the build quality, interiors and features it offers. But am disappointed to see people still reluctant to buy such a great product cause of past impressions about Tata. Many seem to have blind faith in Maruti and falsely believing Maruti cars are great and cheaper to own!!! This is no more true.. Wake up people!!!!
