After reviewing this video, I realized that this luxury flat does not have modern large bathrooms with luxury vanity. Vanity is small and the bathrooms are small. The flat does not have dish washing machine either have connection for cloth washing and drying machine options. An separate way to servant room compromise these defects? Luxury is only given to this site because of the location, but the flat only has views to the water. There is no living comforts shown here. Sorry...
