Tati, I’m a psychotherapist and I laughed when you said that a therapist will probably comment on you cutting your split ends! 😄 I rarely comment on videos but after hearing you say that I thought I had to! Many people do things to self soothe. Self soothing itself isn’t a bad thing, it’s more about what you’re doing and how it’s impacting you. Pulling at your hair and causing a bald spot (which many people do) can be more distressing as it can cause people to feel self conscious. So if you’re just cutting your split ends, that’s ok! A very common self soothing habit I see with my clients that’s distressing for them is endlessly scrolling on social media. Rather than worrying about having these self soothing habits, look at them as information your brain is giving you as a sign that maybe you’re stressed. Then you can examine what’s going on in your life at the moment and address it. I hope this helps anyone reading this who worries about their own self soothing habits!

I ordered one of those mascara protectors things from Amazon. It will be here today actually. Saw a KZbinr I love use it. Super excited for it, my eyes are relatively hooded so if I don’t let it dry down all the way the mascara gets on my eyelids. Have high hopes for this. The one I got also does lower lashes. Game changer.

For fragrances, my personal fav is the "Skin" scent (reserve blend) by Clean and it to me is basically how you described that is fresh but a little sweet and I always get so many compliments from people when I wear it! Not a pheromone but sounds super similar!! I have definitely seen that one pop up on my feed though and curious. Nice to see someone try it!!

We definitely need more in depth reviews on clothes and such. I want to know how washing affects them etc. The Pink Stuff miracle paste (cleaning paste thingy) is one of those items I see everywhere and I tried it & hated it. Definitely too good to be true for me. The one from Scrub Daddy is far more superior.

Oh I love snail mucin too😂 I have the whole snail line from Mizon in daily use. It just really does something so right for my skin and i can instantly notice a difference if i try products that don't have snail stuff in it.

I support this idea of going a little more intense on review clothes aside from the first-time wear. They might be cheap, but the answer in the back of my head is always is it worth it? Sometimes, yes. I have items that I bought for cheap just to try and five years later they are still going strong. Other times, I big nope after two to three wears.

The body suit with the loose sweater looked so cute on you but if it wasn't comfortable... I got one of those vibrating facial tools. I use it when applying serum. And with consistency, i have noticed a difference! Absolutely wash any new clothing, towels, bedding...fabrics in general. I found out during a big fashion show...itching and covered in hives from using a new towel when I showered. Back then we attributed it to the sizing(chemical treatment to resist shrinkage and fading). Now a days companies seem to steer away from such practices, bit still ...

Hi Tati! Have you tried Juliette has a Gun "not a perfume" ? It is supposed to be a pheromone fragrance. I used to work at Sephora and everyone absolutely loved it, I was the only person who didn't love how it reacted with my chemistry..but you may like :)
