I’m a makeup artist I use this 90% of the time A couple things It doesn’t put out product when you turn it on just air it only puts out product when you pull back the button. The closer to your face the smaller the area it sprays the farther away the bigger the area so around brows and hairline you have to be relatively close to the face. In my opinion temptus formulas aren’t great besides the sb formula so maybe try that it’s water proof and lasts longer. The other formula is water based there for slides around more and tends to be blotchy. Me and the other artist I know often don’t switch out between foundations and bronzers and blushes because it takes to much time we only switch if we have separate pods. Or just use regular bronzer and blush products over the airbrushed foundation. The more you practice the less blotchy people tend to miss parts of the face. Also I like to finish with only a tiny bit of translucent under the eyes and hourglass ambient lighting powder or a glowy setting powder to not be so matte. Hope that helps with anyone trying this out Once you figure it out you’ll love it.

I love my Temptu! Been using it for years for my foundation just as a "I have 5 minutes to do makeup before running to work" person. I find that it covers my pores and wrinkles better than a regular foundation. It was fun watching a first-time use! Side note: The makeup is definitely not supposed to shoot out on its own without pulling the trigger. Sometimes the empty pods aren't adjusted quite right.. So they just need a little messing with or greasing of the mechanism. Also it's not inexpensive makeup, but I've found the most cost effective way to use it, is to buy the big refill bottles to use with the empty pods which I replace every few months. Thanks for the videos Tati! So happy you're back.

Hey have you tried the Temptu mixing drops? bc a lot of other mixers adjust the formula and those look like straight pigment, not a matte foundation mix in like LA Girl or NYX's. @@DanielleNicoleMakeup I'm sorry to say I haven't tried the color correctors. I'm so, so happy that Tati is back. I have missed you so much that I would watch if you made a video demonstrating "The correct way to put on socks". Being stuck at home due to the pandemic has been awful, but being stuck at home with no new Tati videos to watch has been a stress overload. Please, don't ever leave us again. We love and need you in our lives.

Personally speaking, I own the Luminess Air Brush system and it has worked for me every time I've used it and what I like about it, is that it comes with a wand that you have total control over just how much or how little you want to use.

I saved money by using Temptu , in my case no more beauty blender, blender soap, no more testing new foundation, no more acne medication or special acne face wash ( because I don’t have to touch my face , my face totally clears up!

I wonder how long the pods last. Like how fast do you end up going through them & what’s the expiration on them? Would love a follow up video if you continue using this!!
@temptu3 жыл бұрын
Hi beauty! If you're looking to use for daily full coverage it will last you 1 month. Medium coverage and daily use is 2 months and light coverage daily use is 3 months. Used pods can last up to a year. The makeup inside your Air pods are sealed tight and you don’t have to worry about dirt or bacteria getting in. Hope this helps!

I'm glad you tested this out. It's too pricey for me but I still wanted this product. It just seems like a lot of work and I would be coloring my makeup table, mirror, wall and carpet with each product and not just my face LOL.

A couple of things, the immediate air mist when turning on should just be air.. I have had it spill a little but typically that is just a brand new pod problem or a little product is right at the tip. The air mist is to help the makeup dry down. Silk sphere is wonderful!! You should try it next. Also, invest in a few guns. It makes like easier. I used this on many brides and even myself and the blushes are my favorite. It is beautiful makeup. You can use the root touch up for brows as well. Ok anyway, one of the best investments for a working MUA and even great for yourself.
@karenwilbur24923 жыл бұрын
Yes I have bought the root touch up at the stores and touch up crayon types. The aerosol one only has a few uses this would last a lot longer!!

Tati, I love how fun and goofy u are in this video, I had fun! I use temptu in my bridal work and you actually have to prime the pods before using them, they teach it in the instructions. you gotta put some cleaner on the needle and in the cup and pull the little thingy in the back until it snaps back without struggle. after you prep it it works wonderfully. temptu has lots of issues tho, I have been preferring to use water based airbrush makeup like Kett or graftobian.

I use the temptu range for bridal makeup, I love to use a full coverage cream base after priming the skin. For example, the rcma foundations work as a nice base for any problem areas. You can even use a bit of concealer under the eyes then you can airbrush all over for flawless super long wear. I like the original airbrush machine for clients but this new one is probably better for applying on yourself!
