Hello. Stumbled upon your channel and recognize that the vegetable she was stripping and then cutting up is called called callaloo in Jamaica .Most of the enslaved Africans who were taken to Jamaica were from West African predominately from Ghana so I'm trying to reconnect with my African heritage, I think i own it to myancestors. 🇯🇲

The aleefa is called callaloo in Jamaica and the corn porridge is the same porridge we eat. However, it is made similar to how Southern Africans and Hausas make their porridge. Lol! You should make a video about the similarities from the Caribbean in comparison to Ghana. But not just the Caribbean. It was like a Caribbean cooking. Lol

Taty, the joy I felt just watching this content was great. To begin with I do not know who was singing to Kuami Eugene at the start, but that was very cool. The preparation of TZ and explaining the process as you guys went along was very educative. Very tasteful and healthy meal. Camera angles as always were on point. And then camera man also partook in the consumption of the end product😃 Having the kids on film is all part of the natural and authentic experience you bring to us, consistently. Subject and content was on point. You are very gifted. Your ability to go from concept to finished product on film is very very good.
