The plain flour is now made sticky and it gives sickness when we eat it a lot. But when it is fried, it helps the body to expulse it. The best way to eat that plain flour is to add wheat flour in it when making the dough. Thanks for your sharing.

Taty! Great video as always. And Sister Ajara always provides fantastic content🔥👌. I thought she was going to do the entire video herself. Her presentation was very good and on point as she walked the audience through the bofrot making process. Never knew that so much went into making bofrot. We always learn new things from watching your videos. Conversations through the bofrot making process was on point, natural, and authentic. Or like my Ghanaian peeps will say, it is all "normal." Must say the dog in the yard is one of the calmest I have seen. They just seemed super relaxed amidst all the activity. Your little girls look like Armando big time, and they are learning so much from the dynamic environment you have them in. We need Armando back on screen🙂. Great seeing Ala on screen. And you are almost at 30K which is awesome. Continue to stay blessed, and keep the content coming!
