ಬಹು ಮಾಲೀಕತ್ವದ ಪಹಣಿಯಿಂದಾಗಿ ಅಂದರೆ ಒಂದೇ ಪಹಣಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಎಲ್ಲ ಮಾಲೀಕರ ಹೆಸರು ಇದ್ದರೂ ಎಲ್ಲ ಮಾಲೀಕರಿಗೂ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಪಡೆಯಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲ. ಹಾಗೂ ಅದರಂತೆ ಮುಖ್ಯವಾಗಿ ಎಲ್ಲರ ಹೆಸರಿದ್ದರೂ ಸಹ ಎಲ್ಲ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳ ಸಹಾಯಧನ ಸಿಗಲು ಕಷ್ಟದ ಕೆಲಸ. ಇದರಿಂದಾಗಿ ರೈತರಿಗೆ ತುಂಬಾನೇ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆ ಆಗುತ್ತದೆ ಸರಕಾರದ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯಗಳು ಕೂಡ ಸಿಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ . ಅದಕ್ಕೋಸ್ಕರ ಜಮೀನನ್ನು ಕಾಯ್ದೆ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ವಿಭಜನೆಯನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿ ಪ್ರತ್ಯೇಕ ಹಿಸ್ಸಾ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ಹಾಗೂ ತಾತ್ಕಾಲಿಕ ಪೋಡಿ ನಂಬರ್ ನೀಡಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ .
ಇದರ ಜೊತೆ ಪೋಡಿ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿರುವ ಭೂಮಿಗೆ ಆದಾಯ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳನ್ನು ತಯಾರು ಮಾಡಿ ಏಕ ಮಾಲೀಕತ್ವದ ಪಹಣಿಯನ್ನು ಮಾಡಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ .
