If you create a variant of an aircraft, the manufacturer bonuses will apply to it if you had got the designer after researching the plane

Just a tip: If you create a variant of an aircraft you've already researched, it will inherit your current aircraft designer. So you didn't have to stop researching fighters near the beginning, you just had to create a variant later once you had the designer you wanted.

Personally I disagree! I prefer players that understand all of the mechanics and use all of them, T famously ignores a large part of this game just because it doesn't suit him, which I find to be quite interesting considering most of his viewers are interested in the entire game... In addition, he really seems like a regular player but often uses exploits which is another thing I don't understand the point of. Instead of getting better at the game and micromanaging his armies, he opts to cheat because it's easier. To me this means he plays the game for his own pleasure and makes these videos now because it's profitable first and foremost, as there's no real evolution in terms of content, context, or his 'skill'. Pretty boring stuff and you can rewatch much older videos to get the same thing. Again, just my opinion, you don't have to agree with me.

Reliability is virtually useless on planes. even at the lowest possible reliability, you loose next to no aircraft because of it, so the stat can safely be ignored when making variants which saves a fair bit of air XP. We'll have to see if that stays true once the new DLC releases

Usually with strategic bombers, I tend to bomb airports and supply hubs/naval bases, that tends to work to mess with the supplies and their option to put efficient air support

As a country of your choosing (Germany or soviets might be a good idea) complete the historical focus tree in the most eco friendly way possible (minimum factories minimum planes tanks etc) bonus points for invading polluting countries and removing their harmful factories

Path You have never played before? I have done for myself excel with path I was playing and I missed. Most of it was a great fun. 2. Formable nations? Surprisengly forming Arabia as Iraq, full of Al-Andalus as Marocco and full of Transcaucasia as Azerbejjan was one of my best runs. 3. Playing country, which get new focus trees in incoming DLC? We see You in Switzerland and in Italy a while ago and never in Ethiopia. You could compare experiences :)

I would like to see someone play as France and go down to the monarchist path as far as "Repeal the Law of Exile" and stay Democratic. Then somehow (big somehow) they would get all of the territories necessary to form the European Union, form said Union, and then restore the monarchy. Extra bonus points if you could get cores on Spain as well, but it would already probably be impossible.

As the UK, it's usually worth preserving your PP until the civil war in Spain kicks off. You can send an attache and immediately go to Early Mobilisation. So long as the Japanese invade China before the Spanish Civil War ends, and you also put an attache in China, you can avoid demobilisation and stay in Early Mobilisation until the war starts.

I had a goofy challenge idea that you might like, although it requires more than 1 player. Basically, both players start the game, and their goal is to take over as many victory points (solo or as a faction) as possible by 1939 or 40 or whatever. The trick is though, is that neither player can actively declare war (you can still justify a war goal to artificially increase world tension), and you cannot field an army of more than like 30 divisions, 1000 planes, and like 10 ships or something. And the trick of the game is to manipulate people with spies, volunteers, and guarentees/manipulating other ai nations to fight the war. I guess it could be balanced by having both sides start as like Luxembourg and like Tanna tuva or something. Or maybe you make both of them puppet powers like Phillipines and British Malaya or something. Since I know that you like the prep-phase/manipulating part of hoi4, so why not just make a challenge/gamemode that focuses entirely on that but in a more interactive way as you need to focus on countering what hte other player is doing.

The trick with tempered glass windows are they generally break into small pieces. If you want heat resistance, you need borosilicate glass (Pyrex, although Kimax is now borosilicate -- it was not in the 1970's & 1980's because it was used for biological work, and borosilicate glass was not recommended for that work back then). Personlly, while I do have a new case with tempered glass... (it was the only one that met my other requirements) I prefer metal, acrylic or nothing but air.

Defeat allies as Italy or Germany until 1936 March. You have to look up how the yugostrat works. Thats the fastest way to get into a war with the allies Also you have to look up how multiple naval invasions work Also note: You do not have to switch research to get the buff for the aircraft designer. Just modify the airplane with some air xp to apply the aircraft designer.
