🔺 Tawang is a beautiful town at 10,000 ft in the State of Arunachal Pradesh, I visited there in May month and summed up my trip into 3 Part series. The Part-1 include the first 3 days of the trip, Travelling from Delhi to Guwahati and then Guwahati to Tawang, the 2300 km journey from delhi.
Tawang Attractions in the video -
➞ Giant Buddha Statue - A tall Buddha statue located near the Circuit House in Tawang town towers over the complete town.
➞ Tawang Monastery - The largest monastery in India and second largest in the world after the Potala Palace in Lhasa, Tibet. Located in Tawang city of Tawang district in the Indian state of Arunachal Pradesh.

I am from north east n I don't agree completely. It's pristine n heavenly because it's not impacted yet by massive tourism. They (arunachalis) don't need it. Don't kill the innocence n litter with plastic. Let arunachal be arunachal.

I want to convey to my Arunachali Bros and sis that in coming times there might be splurge in inflow of tourist.With rise in tourism sector there shall be increase in earnings among the local masses and with financial stability there shall be demand for changes in lifestyle.I recently visited Arunachal and I realized how beautiful this place is and how much important it is for us and the local tribes to preserve and reserve their cultures , languages and atmost nature..A state so rich in natural resources, so rich culturally, linguistically .I think govt should specially recognise this place and try every way possible to emanicipate the Arunachalis from Western driven fundas of leading a life..When I entered Arunachal I was amazed to see the special type of huts which Adi tribe still dwells in and there are 90 tribes dwelling in Arunachal each having distinct language , distinct houses, distinct culture .. Arunachal is Arunachal becoz of less tourist .Please let Arunachal be Arunachal..Please👐👃

I am from Assam and visited Tawang. However, it's not possible to reach Tawang from Bhalukpung in a day. Night travel is surely not recommended. Also, the place is way better than what you have shot. Please add the river flowing down as we drive up to Tawang. That's mesmerizing. Also, you surely can't miss Sela Pass before Tawang. The lake is frozen most part of the year. Add military base and the amazing lakes. Just a suggestion, hope you don't mind.

One should visit in Tawang - Tawang monastery largest in Asia -madhuri lake (where koyla movies some scene are shown there .) -Jang waterfall just woooow - one should take round of mountain I.e Gashela mountain ,it’s just wooow . -visit p.t tso lake (it’s get frozen in winter 🥶) One should visit banagachang gonpa if u gonna stay 0nw week in Tawang .as it’s far from main town . -visit India-China border . It’s just all woooooow trust me .

Yes you should, This is the best time to visit Tawang as all the road trips and trekking are being organised during this time of the year. For accommodation I would suggest better go for homestay cause that way you can easily explore the local culture and the traditions and also you'll get the privilege to eat some local food. And for the budget its totally dependent on in which city you are, as i'm for Delhi so it costed me 25k approx for 8 days trip.
