The version of the game I have is called the "SimCity 2000 CD Collection". It has the base game, a tileset editor called the "SimCity Urban Renewal Kit" (or "SCURK" for short), and a whole lot of extra scenarios and bonus cities. The background uses the "Future" tileset that came with SCURK.

Are you using Return KZbin Dislike? I checked and yeah it's overestimating the number of dislikes by a lot. The video only has a few dislikes.
