I liked doing this video because it literally took less than 30 minutes from start to finish, and it required basically no editing. If only I could do a BeamNG.drive video this fast.

billy joe As Trojan said Beamng Drive came out while it was still in alpha stage. Not half of the game was developed yet. GTA V instead was a complete game and only received some minor updates.

*+YBR* I have a $750 HP laptop I got for Christmas and I have BeamNG.Drive on it. When I watch your videos, BeamNG.Drive runs very smoothly, but when I play on my laptop, it runs at about 20fps. Is there anyway I can boost the fps for BeamNG.Drive on my PC? It's a $750 laptop, it should run BeamNG.Drive much faster

Roman Bellic There really isn't much you can do. Make sure you use the High performance mode under battery settings, make sure you don't have anything running in the background, and lower the graphics settings. Aside from that there's no real secret to make the game run better.
