I bought the album back in 1999 and played it a lot in the car. They probably weren't suited to most Australians tastes, for years I listened to American AOR music and thought they sounded a bit like Spocks Beard who sort of a mix of AOR and Prog rock. Thats why I latched on to them as Kansas and later Spocks Beard are two of my favourite bands.Not since Avion did we have a decent Australian AOR band. Its a shame they weren't releasing music in the early 80's against Little River Band, Toto, Journey, Reo Speedwagon and the like.They would have done a lot better.

Nailed it! I too love Kansas and Spock's Beard. My band supported Avion back in 1983. Wrong place, wrong time for these guys.
