I recall the lawyers for IMCF they would potentially ask for federal $$ for remediation only.

That's the old original stadium design it has been completely redesigned since then and is very cool (that newspaper is sometimes out of date and always a bit dramatic ; ) No worries it's an amazing project! 🏟️
