I am amazed at this girl, the things she can do, operate machinery like nobodys business, hook up equipment, shift gears like a twin-stick 13speed truck driver, milk cows, and probably something a man cant do.. make babies.. lol thx for sharing

Good morning Taylor. If anyone would ever ask me how do I go about starting a dairy farm I would direct them to your KZbin channel and tell them to watch every video you’ve ever made about what it takes to run a small dairy farm. As far as I am concerned yours is the best farming channel on KZbin. 😉🐄🚜

I had perfect hearing, i'm 57 not deaf but tractors and pigs seriously weakened my tolerance ( was wearing some ear muff not helping much ) then one day 20 years ago in the shop my hearing blew up from compressed air in a split second ended up with listening to a wild turbo NON STOP since. I had no choice but to wear both ear plugs and ear muffs actually hearing better having them on, every seconds counts though. Miss Taylor isn't wearing hearing protection continuously ( every second counts)

Great camera work on bale wrapping Taylor! I tore up a field cultivator one time when the boss was gone and just felt awful about it. A neighbor said to me “well if you never tear up anything it’s cause you ain’t doing anything.” I felt a little better after that.

Sorry about the 1066. Thankful everything is repairable and that you are safe! Am very familiar with these tractors and had a similar mishap. We live in what was a glacier area called the Chippewa Moraine. Lots of hills, woods, and lakes. Most of our tillable land is on a plateau, so we're either going up or down to farm it. One spring, we were hauling load after load of manure to the field. I had an IH 856 and came off the field to descend, moved the throttle too far to the left, and shut off the tractor. However, I was already moving fairly fast and immediately began down a steep and twisting road to the bottom. No brakes, transmission, or steering. Bouncing so much, I couldn't let go to try to restart. Only here by the Grace of God. ✝

Since you mentioned it was parked uphill when your MCV functions failed, I wonder if the seal for the crossover tube to the hitch pump or a seal/O-Ring on the suction side of the MCV pump is leaking, so when its facing uphill and oil runs towards the back it starts sucking air. Plus side, good opportunity to do a PTO Unit rebuild considering all the mowing it does.

I was a crop duster, usually pilot and mechanic mistake cause crash. I'm not saying your tractor is worn out, seems you have hyd issue but i'm not there to see exactly what happened. I had a fuel injector pump on 1466 gone wild, had hyd pump seized and broke shaft 4568, those two situation are not easy to prevent but i manage to control. As a pilot and mechanic if anything become abnormal i take immediate attention and action before it goes very wrong and very fast, that include farming.

That had to be scary we had a 1086 at one time and we had so many problems with the same thing as you with your 1066 still my all time favorite is an older case IH 7220. Loved running that tractor especially cutting hay it was supposed to be around 160 hp but that thing would out pull our JD 8100 so we had it checked for hp one time and it was putting out 196 hp. Someone had turned the injector pump up sometime before we bought it used. Man that thing was and still is a beast. Take care and keep having fun. And be careful. Especially around those bulls. We had one take after a girl that was milking for us beat her up pretty good before she could get away from him and he had never even acted badly before and then the boss had one take after him one day when he was in the heifers barn just looking to see which ones were getting close to calving. And I had even told him to watch that bull because he was always watching you just waiting to get you into a corner. That’s why I always carried a baseball bat when I went in amongst them because that bull tried getting me a couple times but the boss said oh no he’s just a younger bull he won’t hurt you. Well after a couple broken ribs he thought differently

Hi Mark, great to hear from you again! That is quite a compliment thank you very much 😊. Yeah the girls around here are pretty chill☺️🐄. About the Massey that is a good question, I should have clarified in the video but it didn’t even occur to me 🤦🏼‍♀️. The reason we don’t use it often as a replacement is simply because the baler is so complicated to detach. So many electronics and wires to move that it most of the time is simply not a time saver 🙂
