The fact that they randomly brought him back to this celebration, to have his own interview and not just be apart of a panel, and also the fact that we saw that mural of the ghost crew with him in front in that trailer. Hopefully it’s all part of the plan to bring him back as Ezra somehow in Ahsoka 🙏🤞

The fact that Eman is playing Ezra and not Taylor Gray blows my mind. Ezra’s voice is so specific and it just won’t be the same. Taylor needs to play live action Ezra. They’re bringing back Lars mikkelson for Thrawn so why not Taylor Gray with Ezra. Just makes sense.

Yea I'm a tad confused he's not playing Ezra and Vanessa Marshall isn't playing Hera. I feel like their voices are so specific to the character. At least we got Lars confirmed today in the trailer

Yeah he needs play live version of Ezra If and when that ever comes. But knowing Disney. They prob do some dumb thing and get some other male actor to play Ezra. I still think Ashley should be playing Ashoka. NOT this dawson girl. Who don’t even hold her light sabers correctly, and does she NOT sound like Ahsoka or act like her. Taylor needs play Ezra in any future live starwars tv series.

Alright, I get wanting legacy actors to come back. But that is not as easy as it sounds. Voice acting versus physical acting are two very different things. I absolutely adore Ashley, but I don't know what her background is as far as physical acting and choreography. Rosario is a phenomenal actress who has history in both. She also is such a fan of the character like we are. She was a perfect casting choice for a live-action Ahsoka. I think she nails her mannerisms very well, and I think she does a great job as an older, experienced Ahsoka. Give her some credit, instead of being stuck in tunnel-vision mode. As for Taylor, it's the same case. I would love for him to return as a live-action Ezra, but again, I don't know if he has a solid history in acting as a live-action character. So again, whoever they choose to play Ezra (and if the rumors end up being true, I think they've chosen a great actor to play him), give them a chance. Open your mind a little bit.

Ashley and Taylor aren't at all the right ethnicity for Ahsoka and Ezra, also Ashley isnt a good live action actor

'this dawson girl' is a hugely accomplished actor and has portrayed an older, wiser, experienced Ahsoka perfectly, in my mind, in each appearance so far. That doesn't diminish Ashley's performance, at all. But come on, not all voice actors are trained or even readily capable of transitioning into the demands of live-action performances. It's not a weakness, it's a question of where your talents lie.
