Taylor is that dude in Washington. You can’t help but root for him. Completely down to earth and absolutely humble. Comes to work and shows up while relying the team. Everyone around him excels themselves to their fullest potential FOR him, and that’s rare. He may not put up killer numbers but he has a quality that simply can’t be quantified and it helps in that win streak percentage he holds as the starter.

What’s wrong with the way these guys are interviewing? I’ve been a Washington born and raised for 35yrs. This is a solid down to earth interview where Taylor feels comfortable and just cut loose. You see it in his consistent smiling.

Heinicke has an intangible that's tough to measure. However, it fits well for this team at this moment. The most that should be asked of him is to be a game manager, run the offense and limit his tendency to lose focus on key passes when the Commanders build momentum. If he somehow can sustain the starting job in next 1-2 years, his career year should occur in 2-3 seasons. It isn't a question of lack of talent, it's more of how much time he'll be allowed to continually develop his talent.

I went to a culinary school in the same town as Taylor around the time he was playing ball there, dawg you had, within a 5 minute Uber of campus, mermaid winery, volcano sushi, that one dumb tapas place (iykyk), la Bella, bakers crust, THE DIRTY BUFFALO!, (tbh that one is maybe one of the two he’s talking about,) smoke, the veil, and toast.
