Huge Taylor Swift fans here and I'm 28 years old straight men. It's nothing to shame about for been Taylor Swift fans. She's now #1 biggest best selling artist of the 21st century (song + album + touring) and she is a great songwriter. She is "The Beatles" of our generation.

Same here, In Thailand, we don't use songs to separate genders. Men and women love Taylor Swift equally. We love artists who do good work and are dedicated. Even if it's a girl's song, we don't care. I'm a man, thirty-four years old, and still sing Taylor Swift when hanging out with my friends, and all my friends their all-straight men think that maybe it's because American men think I'm too strong to listen to Taylor Swift's music.

Yeah, the notion that her fans are all teenage girls just needs to be put to rest. I'm not even going to get into the gender part but she's been making music for 17 years. Even if one somehow manages to believe that only teenagers were listening to her in the beginning, some of those people would be in their 30's now!

I used to like Taylor Swift a long time ago but when my nieces started listening to her I started loving her lol it was great sharing that bond with them and makes me wish they were still that young even tho they are adults now I still listen to those songs and remember the good times we had. I stuck with Taylor and am a Swiftie all by myself now she's such a great talent i have all her songs on repeat usually 😅

I'm from the most northern town in the US (Barrow, AK) and I flew over 4,200 miles to catch the Era's Tour in Mexico City. I also had my 30th birthday in Mexico that week. Just throwing that out there because it seems relevant to this video.

For real. Go to the concert if you get a chance. It is the best show you will ever see. And in her 10 album discography, you will find an album for you. Country. Pop. Indie pop. Indie folk. Pop rock. R&B. Her concert was life changing. Seriously.

I went with my daughter and thought it was great! Same thing... I knew a few of the songs, but the show made me appreciate her music way more than I had prior. Great performer and production value.

This concert sounded incredible on Disney plus with Atmos it was like being at the concert. I had a bunch of Hip hop heads and R&B kids listening to the Eras tour my Nakamichi Dragon, it sounded and looked so good they actually got into it.

Mr. Dunn, Taylor has not sung country music since around 2013, Red was actually the last one but it had some pop in it. This is her eras tour so she covered all 10 of her albums.

Nothing I ever listen to on my own but truth is, when I'm driving around in the car with my wife (and daughter, though she's too young still to have much of an opinion), I do enjoy some of TSwift's earliest songs that instantly broke her into global status (pop-country/teenager phase) and also her recent pseudo indie folk phase, where her singing and songwriting for a couple albums in a row was actually, consistently, truly great if you're into that kind of artificial nostalgic downtempo vibe. My wife sometimes puts me through music that's much worse so I prefer to play Taylor over many other artists when I get a chance.

The concert-going experience has evolved immensely over the years, and not necessarily for the better. In the '90s and early 2000s, we attended concerts on a frequent basis. But, back then, tickets were relatively affordable. As an example, we could typically purchase tickets anywhere between $25 to $50 each, depending on the artist and venue. Nowadays, those same tickets, and in some cases, for the same artists and same venues, cost hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars. As an example, we recently purchased tickets to see Madonna. The absolute cheapest, nosebleed seats are over $200 each, with seats closer to the stage selling for thousands upon thousands of dollars. And these prices are directly from Ticketmaster, not ScalperHub. I don't know what kind of jobs people have to be able to afford those kinds of prices for a concert ticket, but they certainly aren't government employees or teachers.

I think Eras tour tix started at $49 and for VIP didn't go higher than $899 (no dynamic pricing). There was a group of fans who tried to set it up so they could team up with other fans to beat the bots and centralized it so other fans would only pay face value. One one occasion I saw that a fan who got extra tix to sell had the chance to flip tix or give it to that group to sell at face value. As a show support the some fans contributed to a non-profit she choose. They raised several thousand for nets combating malaria overseas.

She gave bonuses to those (core group) who've supported the entire eras tour. She always has made it a point to acknowledge them. The truck drivers, stage, catering, etc. ran it very smoothly- just the current US part of the tour was about the amount of dates of her last tour globally 50+ days. I read she gave double bonus to the head driver & the monitor engineer (?) $200K- for their leadership role. Her & her parents have been hands on- but from the start of planning headlining tours at 19?, she has been very detailed on the (sound & stage) design w/ the help of the best in their field- or in some cases- those who show promise or eagerness to learn, She said: "Never be ashamed of trying. Effortlessness is a myth. The people who wanted it the least were the ones I wanted to date and be friends with in high school. The people who want it most are the people I now hire to work for my company. "

Would love to go to a show like this but it's so difficult to justify these insane prices being charged. I used to work in music and toured with some popular metal bands in the early 00's so I know how important live music is but the prices are now out of control, and its mainly gauging from Ticketmaster etc.

I guess she will have parts of the recorded concert in the theaters. Tickermaster encourages reselling because they get a cut of the fees. (They even have a training programing & some promoters set it up so some artists set aside tickets to resell.)

I know Taylor’s popular releases and don’t mind them but thought I’d give the Eras Tour a go on D+ on the theatre setup as she’s in town here at the moment. It’s actually alright, hearing some other songs I don’t mind 😄 I blame you for this 😂
