The tune might not sound as good as the original, but her voice sounds exactly like the original voice even after all these years! So nostalgic... If you notice her voice in 1989 it's more of a dark and strong voice, but here her voice is so soft and emotional.

You are so right! And I can NOT even put into words how good this was. In my opinion, it was ten thousand times better than the original tune (except, the background voices were annoying). You said that her voice is softer here than in all her new songs, and I agree. I used to think that her voice was like that in 1989 just because she was older, but obviously I was wrong. I SO wish she would use her 'softer' voice for her new songs instead of her "dark and strong" voice. What about you?

SoltedgeDoesMinecraft Depends on the song actually. 1989 is a completely pop album, and it's a progression of Taylor from being a country girl to a strong woman. That's why she uses a stronger voice in songs like Blank Space or Bad Blood. But for songs like This Love, Clean and You Are In Love, her voice is much more calming and emotional. As we all know, Taylor is not the best singer, and I think that her voice is kind of hoarse in live when she tries the strong tone. So yeah, I would also prefer her to use he soft tone. :)

I was only roughly 8-10 when I stopped liking her and now I am 16. I have loved her and her music for just over 1 year now. Extremely impressed with this rendition of Love Story. I knew she was a talented musician but I haven't been a big fan of her new stuff. I thought she had conformed to the big mainstream record label sound and lost her need for actually putting effort into music. But this video changes my perspective of her. Wow, what a voice and this style suits her very well. Bravo

The out of tune tones are so pleasant. And it feels great when she then gets back on it, like the contrast. Very natural and authentic. Even fits the song...disharmony---> harmony. It's just all part of it not saying she does it consciously.
