I think the release of folklore and evermore should make it to the list, or at least be in the honourable mention. Sure, Taylor is not the first artist to do the surprise drop and success, but doing that during one of the hardest times of history, and gave us two of her masterpieces in span of 5 months is something incredible, not to mention that she did the second entire genre shift from Pop to Alternative/Folk. The world was indeed SHOOK when she announced folklore and evermore.

I know! I think she really feels like society will eventually get tired of her, or at least she felt like that at the time. She constantly reinvented herself, and I can never get tired of her, and I dread the day that she decides to settle down in a way, I would be happy for her, but I would sure miss her.

If you don't like her upbeat pop music, I highly recommend listening to her Folklore and Evermore album... Those are modest and masterpiece of an album, the sound is way different than the rest of her albums yet the lyrics and the stories are off the book, phenomenal and very relatable.

speak now did not sell 1 million units in the first week. 1989 was the first album of hers to do that and she even posted on instagram about it

Speak Now did that indeed. Actually, 1989 is her 3rd 1M debut, since Speak Now debut with 1,047,000 copies, and Red debut with 1.208 million. Taylor didn't post about Speak Now and Red debut with 1 million units does not mean 1989 is the first album to do so, you can check than on the internet.

She does not announce it publicly every time. In fact, it is always the media, the organization, or one who got help from Taylor who come out about Taylor's philanthropy, not Taylor herself.
