This song has the first recorded use of the word internet at least outside the field of telecommunications. It also featured the cryptic "Tweet". I remember it was widely discussed among pop listeners in the late 1980s. It was speculated to mean a gossip journal, a lonely hearts page, letters to the editor or one of those conservative talk shows that _bleep_ "offensive" words and "tweet" was thought to be a play on that. Do you remember her estate receiving thanks from the social media platform for inspiring the name for their service?
