I discovered well finally tried Melanin this year. What did I wait for???? I went back after my first try and got back ups for the shampoo and leave in. I bought the leave-in...love. It has almost replaced my Shea Moisture Manuka honey leave in now. I am now planning on picking up her oil soon although I may just stick with my own oil mixture but I had to ask myself " Was your nap good?" because I don't know why I was sleeping on her products for so long. I am picky and try to have as close to a salon experience at home. They are well worth it to me and a little goes a long way

Taylor I think you and I have a very similar hair texture/type. I would’ve thought you had high porosity hair also since as u stated its low lustre and frizzes easily. Have you ever done that porosity strand test??

Hmmm wouldn’t your hair be highly porous considering that it’s all bleached, so those cuticles are open

Have you used the serums when your hair is blow dried or heat styled? I want a new serum to try.

I have used them on blow dried and wand curled hair and it works fine, but I haven’t used them on flat ironed hair so I’m not sure how that would be!
