I had the great privilege of meeting and watching him live in concert in Toronto in 2019. Watching him live was like an out of body experience. The videos DO NOT do his voice any justice. Neither language is his native tongue. Homeless at 7, he is completely self taught and toned his talent cleaning chicken coops (it keep them calm). He has one song he sounds like a violin at the beginning. I compare him to my African grey parrot that can hear a sound and repeat verbatim. Trouble is my parrot never took up singing. I am always surprised when someone has not heard of him. He has been around for years!

Marcelito is famous for being able to mimic any singer, male or female, in a multitude of languages he doesn't speak. I once saw him do a perfect imitation of Michael Jackson complete with all the dance moves! In 2011 he won PHILIPPINES GOT TALENT and his life changed He was abandoned by his mother in the streets of the Philippines at age 7-18 and taught himself to sing by sleeping outside of club a rags to riches story. I really enjoyed watching your reaction! :-) He has never had vocal lessons and he grew up on the streets; but, when he was 24 he entered The Phillipines Got Talent and WON in 2011. He is currently on tour in the United States but doesn't have a concert near me! At 73 I don't see myself getting on a plane; but could and would drive if the distance wasn't to great. I just love him! His voice soothes my soul. God Blessed him with an awesome voice(s).

Marcelito and Dimash are both talented, but the main difference is that Dimash has been classically trained since childhood. But Marcelito is completely self taught, which makes his ability that much more impressive. And there's something special about Marcelito's ability to sing with such feeling. Glad you enjoyed him.

Absolutely the worlds greatest imitator. Can duplicate any sound, any voice exactly. Someone asked him how he could do that without any training no training at all? His reply was that is exactly why he is able to do it .From the time he was abandoned as a child no one told him he couldn’t do it or how to do it.He also speaks several languages fluently.

I'm American and I'm gobsmacked too. Andrea is my favorite singer in the world and I'm impressed. Are we sure this little guy is really singing????? WOW OH WOW. I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO SAY. He is amazing Demash who. Lol. Sorry I haven't been wanting your videos to support you but I fell off a ladder hanging drapes and broke both my leg bones in my right leg at my ankle and have a metal external fixator on and was in the hospital for 9 days and have my second surgery in the next week or so.
