Taylor I live in Ontario was driving out to B.C years ago in a suburban the exhaust broke at tank towing a Iroc on a dolly! Northern Ontario is like mountains but not, thought the cam was failing wouldn't rev some hills barely got over them, bought the truck safety the same day left the next! RV hit moose so close it got crap on our truck. Tailpipe had broke off we never noticed. For a few hours we just kept losing more power thought the cam was failing. But the broke pipe was 3 inch in front of tank boiling the gas we had no clue that happen till we stopped to help. The tank was boiling like nothing ever heard boil. Let the pressure off the cap flew out of hand and the vapour cloud was at least 25 ft high and 5 ft wide only a couple feet from the filler neck! I don't play around with exhaust. If they never hit moose we likely would have blew up not much farther down the road.

Omg that 86! My life would be complete with that. It’s funny you said that about the exhaust. My boy took the muffler of his nb and it got so hot the bumper melted, quarter panel dented in, and the seal melted for the taillight and fell off.

The Miata has turned out to be an excellent drift car. It was ripping it at the pro-am event - so fast in drift. I think the back end is too low, it makes it look like it was designed to vacuum up the track. Been watching your for quite a while and your driving has improved quite a bit. Really like your channel.

When towing with the 48re I'd recommend running it without O/D should spin 2300 or so rpm at 55mph egts will be low and the converter and trans will tha k you later. Just my experiencr

Taylor, your welds broke on the hanger because you didn’t back purge the stainless when you welded. It severely weakens the weld.

@@zackw.varela326 in this case you would cap off the ends of the piece you are welding and would fill the section of exhaust with argon to protect the inside of the pipe from oxidation. It is necessary because the pipe is stainless steel.
