Does she writes....because she is not writing songs....she is just making vocally......can u please explain
@MICKEYISLOWD5 жыл бұрын
@@coolperson7484 Taylor hears the song almost entirely in her head. This is why she turned down record deals from major labels because they wanted to do business as usual where they have a team of professional song writers and then the video to go with it. This is why she said herself she was never interested in singing someone else's songs. What she is doing here in the video is typical for writing. She is using the camera to capture ideas flashing in her mind until she hits on the right beats before the chorus comes in. I used to record our rehearsals when we played and wrote new songs so if I suddenly hit on a good idea it was down on tape to listen back to days later. Taylor writes songs and makes it look easy because she is exceptional. She had dozens of songs written already before she landed a job as a payed songwriter for Sony Music at just 14 or 15 yrs old. She was the youngest ever to land that job and believe me there are thousands of writers who dream of getting a job for a major label because you collect royalties if the song becomes a major hit. She writes on piano, guitar and banjo also a few other instruments. It is incredibly difficult to write a good song like Fifteen however she can do this so easily. Paul McCartney had this rare gift also and she reminds me of people like him who are very talented indeed. I am not in the demographic who Taylors songs were for however I trained on guitar and have a good understanding of music theory. Her songs sound simple and she uses very familiar chord templates or patterns but her sense of melody and how to bring the listener in to understand the song is just brilliant. I was really blown away the first time I listened to Fifteen. It is a perfect song meaning there is nothing she could of done to make that song any better. The only artiste who can write perfect songs are The Beatles, The Beach Boys and a few others from time to time. I would be surprised if she isn't in Rolling Stones best ever songwriters. If she isn't She will be at some point.

@@me-jl7pz Apparently, Taylor was only teen (idk like 14 or 15) when she signed a contract with her label, Big Machine Records (with Scott Borchetta, but her dad was the one who mostly knows all the legal stuff) and one of the terms of the contract was Taylor's next SIX albums (masters) will be owned BIG MACHINE RECORDS. (Scott Borchetta not Taylor Swift) That's why all of her songs until *reputation* is owned by BMR that is why although Taylor Swift still earns from royalties, the money the songs earn still goes mostly to them. (BIG MACHINE RECORDS) She tried to purchase her masters (rights to her OWN songs) but she wasn't really given a chance. Then, Scooter Braun (Justin Bieber's manager, a person who bullied Taylor Swift) bought BIG MACHINE RECORDS (from Scott Borchetta) for $200 MILLION and now SCOOTER owns BIG MACHINE RECORDS meaning she owns the masters(rights) to TAYLOR SWIFT'S own songs.

@@mehulthakral6051 Honestly, using music making software is more about the talent of the person using it vs being technical. 95% the time the same few filters/etc are used in different amounts and layers etc. If she doesn't know how to use it already, with her raw talent/intuition she could learn something like FL Studio in a few weeks, and after that if she wanted to I bet she would use Pro Tools or Reason better then most experienced users would use the software. Because honestly, the hardest part of using any software is getting good samples and then understanding how to build the structure of a full track, both of which she excels at, so really it is just learning the dials, and buttons. I don't want to play down what a good producer can do on really good software, but honestly, when someone has that much talent, the software is the easier part, for most people, the software is not the hard bit, the musical ability sets the ceiling....

Quick little fun fact! Do you guys notice how at 1:35 and 2:12, while Taylor is contemplating what to say, the producer immediately hits the track. It’s because he’s not allowing Taylor to over think it. Instead, allow her creative gift and talent to take over. Notice how she figures it out while in motion. Why do we feel entitled to label people? "You can recognize a great artist by how their work makes others feel… and its different for every person … " So how can you tell who is the greatest? -by how great their voice are? -by how good they write lyrics but few can relate? -by how many awards they have won? -by how huge their fan base is? -by the sales their music make? or how they affect people in their generation?
