Holy f this is true. I applied to ~75 jobs last year and every female recruiter I spoke with never followed through and didn't like me. I received multiple second round interviews from the male recruiters that reached out to me and ended up with multiple offers and accepted a high earning 6 figure engineering job in a fortune 500 co. Most of those positions are still open to this day and will never be filled, because they are looking for the top 5%, but why would they work there? Those are the people who won't accept anything close to the defined salary band these HR clowns lump you into. Females in HR are way overpaid and can't compensate correctly for something they know nothing about. An all female workforce is a toxic death sentence.
