Such a fun trick! One way I got better at it was just not throwing the third throw of Mills Mess(if you already know that) just not throw the third ball and keep going in the trick

Looking at Taylor's slo-mo at 8:39, the two throws of the Fake mess seem identical to the first two throws of the Mill's mess (except the second, outer ball changes from a 3 to a 4 and is caught with the same hand that threw it) , so I found it much easier to learn the Fake mess by transitioning from there.

Who’s Daniel? I’m not sure I understand your comment. David’s Dilemma is a much harder pattern than Fake Mess and isn’t really related to it.
