They actually do make magnetic juggeling clubs I am not sure who sells them though but they are used for special balence type tricks.

I'm not completely sure about this, but I don't think that having magnets on cigar boxes would even work. Since they have, poles they would only stick when the boxes are in certain positions and would even repel in others, making a lot of tricks impossible
