When I hear price of houses in Nigeria #600 million, #700 million etc I used to say to myself that I'll rather INVEST that amount in real estate here in Europe than pay that much in Nigeria. I fully understand what the young man is saying about the realities of Nigeria, and him having to build roads and functional homes for people who would not otherwise have a way to acquire a home. I just hope though that these young entrepreneurs would make the utmost effort to set out more space for landscaping. You can not just pave the entire country and think that is cute. It is not just a quality of life issue but also a functional one. If you want to have water and cool down the temperature you have got to fit in green spaces, and lots of them. Otherwise you will just be building a country from brutes that will collapse.

I've learnt quite a lot this video. I can relate well with what he said about telling people that the owner of the company is overseas. Sometimes, people (grown ups) have this disdain when they see that you're very young and you're in real estate. So telling them you work for someone would probably put their mind at rest and focus on the business at hand.
