I have noticed watching Tayo, miss Trudy and wode mya that all across Africa a lot of the businesses have a the same issue. Lack of Human Resources the people are not trained and it’s is very hard to find these people. if the government were to invest in the youth by starting apprenticeship schemes and train people in these different industries these same businesses will improve and so will the economy having a positive knock on effect on the younger generation in Africa

Imagine that those schools and universities instead of theoretical, outdated and useless programs they are offering...imagine those schools partnering with schools like Arts et Métiers ParisTech in France and many other schools like that in Italy....Those schools can even have their own factories where not only they can train students but also where they can make many products for the Nigerian market and even Africa market...That will reduce Nigerian import of manufactured goods...The country will save a lot of money in terms of foreign exchange...The GDP will also grow substantially...

Well done @Mr. Tayo. This Mrs Muni Shonibare is another good example (just like Mrs. Alakija) that Nigerians are great people with great mind. The main problem I think we have by Nigerians and African Entrepreneurs at large are CONTINUITY. Most big companies cease to exist when the owners cease to exist. I wish you can also ask in your next interviews of the Entrepreneurs about their plan on public shares. Heineken, Bosch, Samsung, Apple, Microsoft and many others are all existing today because their owners did the necessity by making their company available to public shares. African/Nigerians private companies will continue to exists for generations only when our Entrepreneurs wake up to this reality. Enough of our young talents running abroad. With a lot of big Companies and organisation by private entities, our great Nigeria will surely rise again. Thanks a lot again for this video.
