oh my god this makes me smile so big.. taylor stayed for five hours even though she was only supposed to be there from 3pm to 4pm, and that warms my heart. she's not doing this for the cameras or attention which is why she didn't even tweet about it or publicize it in any way.. she's doing it for the smile on the patient's faces. anyone who doesn't think taylor is a good role model is crazy. i'll always look up to her. edit: also, stay strong shelby and all of the other patients at the hospital!!!

Taylor is such a sweetheart! I got to meet her through make a wish when I was Shelby's age! I have to say, it was the best moment of my life and really up lifted my spirit to keep fighting!! Taylor is an absolute angel, she made my best friend's dream come true (the one on the left in my photo) after a facebook campaign for her to meet her in NZ last November during her hard fought cancer battle, sadly she lost her battle last month but it gives me comfort knowing that I got to witness her number one dream come true thanks to Taylor and the kindness of many people. All my best wishes to Shelby may you fight this to victory and so glad you got to be visited by Taylor, a true angel on earth

It's like a sad state of existence for some people. The more genuine and un-hateable a person is, the more haters will reach for the most ridiculous nuance to hate on. And the even sadder thing is many people that can't help but to hate do so because they really aren't at peace with themselves and therefore try to cover for that by bringing everyone else down. Most especially the people who are full of love and compassion.

So proud of Taylor to do this, so often! I know most of the time she visits cancer clinics there aren't cameras. And that sometimes the people she visits, don't pull through. And that she has to be strong, and not cry, ever, no matter what. And still, she continues to go and visit the kids, and give hope. Not too many celebrities go to cancer clinics.
