Thankyou for the positive response. We enjoy cruising and when we first started cruising we looked to KZbin for tips and videos of the ships we were going on. I would say all carnival ships are kid friendly. They have activities for kids of all ages.

There is a gym available. I would suspect there are showers in the locker room area. I don't know about a sauna.
